Thank you Patricia for all the help over the past one year (refinance and then the part-sale of our property). You were always responsive to our requests and was patient in guiding us through the processes. You also had our interests at heart and pointed out certain considerations which we may have overlooked. These qualities were rare in our past experiences with other sales / service officers elsewhere. 

You did a better job than the usual bank staff in advising us on loan matters. The personal touch and proactiveness were unmatchable qualities as well. It was such a splendid experience working with you. We could not have managed without you.
