LEVERAGE HOLDINGS Pte Ltd was established in 2003. We are Singapore’s pioneer mortgage loan consulting firm. The company's website HousingLoanSG.com was first launched in 2008.

We search through ALL Housing Loans and Commercial Property Loan packages provided by ALL Banks and Finance Companies in Singapore (16 in total) to find the Best Loan for our clients. We are probably the only Loan Mortgage Consulting firm that TRULY provides clients with UNBIASED Comparison and Advice.

Our company is No. 1 in Singapore in terms of experience in bank lending, this gives our clients peace of mind that they are guided properly by experienced and trustworthy consultants before making a decision on Housing Loans.

LEVERAGE HOLDINGS Pte Ltd is the only company in Singapore co-founded by 2 directors who have combined 34 years of experience in banking and financial industry, namely, the late Mr Dennis Ng (吴加万), a Certified Financial Planner with a Honours degree in Accountancy and an ex-banker. The other director is Patricia Hung, also an ex-banker and has a degree in Business (Banking & Finance).

Dennis set up MasterYourFinance.com, a one-stop Financial Education and Resources Portal, under Educo Associates and MasterYourFinance.Com Pte Ltd, to provide Financial Education programs to corporates and individuals. He firmly believes that When You Master Your Finance, You Master Your Destiny.

He launched 'How to Save and Accumulate One Million Dollar' Seminar in 2008/2009 to teach the public how to plan and manage your finances wisely to achieve Financial Freedom. It is the very first time, such a seminar is conducted for the public. He later launched two other Seminars namely, 'Secrets to making money in Property' and 'Secrets to making money in Stocks'.
